Where do you ship?

We ship across the UAE with standard shipping.

How long does shipping take?

As each item is personalised and made to order, preparation times may vary depending on the product, customisation requirements, and quantity ordered. Most orders are completed and delivered within 3–10 business days within the UAE.

Is gift wrapping included?

Yes. Every order is carefully prepared in our signature gift-ready packaging, making it perfect for gifting.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards in AED. All payments are processed securely.

Do you offer custom requests or bulk orders?

Absolutely. If you're looking for bulk orders, personalised packaging, event gifts, or any special request, please email us at twrad.ae@hotmail.com and include your contact number. We'll be happy to contact you via WhatsApp to discuss your ideas and bring them to life .

Can I exchange an item?

As each item is personalised and made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at twrad.ae@hotmail.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

Is the personalisations engraved or printed?

All our ersonalisation pieces is professionally engraved for a refined and lasting finish. We do not use printing on personalised items, allowing every piece to remain timeless, durable, and uniquely yours.
