Returns & Refunds

As each item is carefully personalised and made especially for you, returns, refunds, and exchanges are generally not available once an order has been confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email us at twrad.ae@hotmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos of the item , order number and your contact number and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Changes

We understand that plans can change. If you need to update your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may have already started preparing or personalising your order, and changes may no longer be possible.
