We ship across the UAE with standard shipping. International orders — contact us for a quote.

How long does shipping take?

3–5 business days within the UAE for standard shipping.

Is gift wrapping included?

Each Twrad piece arrives in our signature gift-ready packaging — no extra wrapping needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards in AED. All payments are processed securely.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Email twrad.ae@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange the exchange.

Do you have a physical store?

Twrad is online-only at the moment. Follow us for updates as we grow.

How do I care for my jewellery box?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture and direct sunlight. With care, your Twrad piece is built to last.
